Glutathione

Common Side Effects

  • Mild redness, soreness, or swelling at the injection site
  • Headache
  • Temporary fatigue or dizziness
  • Flushing or warmth
  • Nausea or stomach discomfort (rare)

These symptoms are typically mild and short-lived, especially when injections are administered slowly. Rotating injection sites can help minimize local irritation.

 

More Serious Side Effects (less common)

  • Allergic reaction (e.g., rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing)
  • Chest tightness or shortness of breath
  • Joint pain or muscle cramps
  • Unusual weakness or tingling

If any of these occur, discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider immediately.

 

Warnings (serious risks)

  • Rare cases of allergic or anaphylactic reactions have been reported with IV or intramuscular glutathione. Patients with known sensitivities should use caution.
  • Use cautiously in individuals with asthma or a history of sulfur allergies.
  • Glutathione may alter levels of other antioxidants or medications metabolized through glutathione-dependent pathways.

Contraindications (not recommended for)

  • Known hypersensitivity to glutathione or any injection components
  • Current or recent diagnosis of cancer unless specifically approved by an oncologist
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (due to limited safety data)

Drug Interactions

No major interactions are well-established, but caution is advised in patients taking:

  • Chemotherapy agents
  • Medications affecting liver metabolism
  • High-dose antioxidant supplements
  • Always disclose all current medications and supplements during your provider consultation
     

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Glutathione injections are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding due to a lack of controlled safety data. Speak with your provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or planning to conceive.

 

Storage

  • Store in the refrigerator at 2–8°C (36–46°F)
  • Do not freeze
  • Keep the vial sealed and protected from direct light
  • Use within the prescribed time frame and follow proper injection technique guidelines
  • Keep out of reach of children. Do not use expired product.

NAD+

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme found in all human cells. Eden offers access to compounded NAD+ injections through licensed providers and pharmacies. NAD+ offered through Eden is not FDA-approved. It is compounded and dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies following a telehealth consultation with a licensed medical provider.

Warnings & Precautions

  • Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please consult a provider before use.
  • Use cautiously in individuals with a history of allergic reactions to NAD+ or injection components.
  • Consult your provider if you have any autoimmune, metabolic, or chronic health conditions, or are taking medications that may interact with NAD+ metabolism.
  • This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Do not exceed the dosing schedule recommended by your licensed provider. NAD+ injections should be administered subcutaneously, as directed.
  • Maximum dose is 0.5mL per injection.

Side Effects

While most individuals tolerate NAD+ injections well, the following side effects have been reported:

  • Redness, tenderness, or soreness at the injection site
  • Mild flushing or warmth
  • Lightheadedness, nausea, or temporary fatigue
  • Rarely, allergic reactions (seek immediate care if severe symptoms occur)

To reduce discomfort:

  • Inject slowly over 20–30 seconds
  • Rotate injection sites with each use

Drug Interactions

No significant interactions have been reported, but it is important to share your full supplement and medication list with your provider during your telehealth consultation.

Special Notes

  • This compounded NAD+ formulation is not approved by the FDA.

Sermorelin

  • Trouble sitting still

You shouldn't use Sermorelin if:

  • You have hypersensitivity to Sermorelin or any of its ingredients
  • You're pregnant
  • You're breastfeeding
  • You have active cancer

Precautions:

Regular monitoring of growth hormone levels, blood sugar levels, and overall health by a healthcare provider is recommended.
