Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by IVUSE Plus ("IVUSE+," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using www.ivuseplus.com (the "Site"), placing an order, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, customers, and any person who accesses the Site in any capacity.

Any new features, tools, or services added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence. You may not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you agree not to violate any applicable laws in connection with your use of the Site or our services.

Certain products and services offered through the Site, including prescription medications and telehealth consultations, may have additional eligibility requirements. Access to these products and services is subject to medical evaluation and provider approval.

Products & Services

IVUSE+ offers health, wellness, and telehealth products and services through the Site, including compounded prescription medications, supplements, and in-person clinical treatments. Certain products are available only through the Site and may have limited availability.

All telehealth consultations and medical services are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers. IVUSE+ facilitates access to these services but does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or guarantee any specific treatment outcomes.

We make every effort to display product information, images, and colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will render colors or details exactly as intended.

We reserve the right to limit sales of any product or service to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Pricing and product descriptions are subject to change at our sole discretion.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you authorize IVUSE+ to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders containing inaccurate or incomplete information. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information up to date.

Third-party financing options (such as CareCredit and Cherry) are available for certain services. When you use a third-party financing provider, your financial information is collected and processed by that provider and is subject to their terms and privacy practices.

Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

Certain products and services on the Site are offered on a subscription or recurring basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize IVUSE+ to charge your payment method at the prices, frequency, and dates specified at the time of enrollment until your subscription is fulfilled or you cancel.

You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us at support@ivuseplus.com or by managing your subscription through your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent cycles after cancellation is processed.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, frequency, or availability. If we make a material change to your active subscription, we will notify you before the next billing date.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and methods vary depending on the product and your location. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Certain products, including prescription medications, may have specific shipping requirements and may only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

Refunds & Returns

If a medical professional is unable to perform booked services due to circumstances outside of the client's control, or for reasons other than the patient's medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund or credit.

If a medical professional is unable to perform booked services due to (1) your current or previous medical history or condition, or (2) circumstances outside of the medical professional's control after the procedure has begun, you will receive a credit or refund for the full amount of the services scheduled.

Appointments & Cancellations

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Tardiness exceeding 15 minutes may not be accommodated.

We require at least 1 hour of advance notice for cancellations. If you do not provide at least one hour of advance notice, you will be charged $50 toward the cost of the booked service. If you book a service less than 1 hour in advance, you may not cancel.

Group appointments (parties of two or more) follow the same cancellation parameters as single appointments. All individuals in the booking will be charged unless you provide 1 hour of advance notice for each cancellation.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site and providing your contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from IVUSE+, including emails, text messages, and push notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be made in writing.

You acknowledge that communications transmitted over the Internet carry inherent risks. We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of any information sent to or from the Site via email, text, or other electronic means.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, page layouts, and software, is the property of IVUSE+ or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission. The IVUSE+ name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of IVUSE+ and may not be used without authorization.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to the restrictions outlined elsewhere in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content for the following purposes:

• Any unlawful activity or solicitation of unlawful acts
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringing upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, defaming, or discriminating against any person based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any destructive code
• Collecting, tracking, or harvesting the personal information of others
• Spamming, phishing, scraping, or any form of automated data collection
• Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the Site

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site for violating any of these prohibited uses.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IVUSE+ and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, service providers, and employees from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
