Dosing Schedule
Inject 50 units subcutaneously 5 days per week in a fasted state, 30 minutes before your workout. Pair each injection with a training session for maximum fat-oxidation benefit. Take 2 rest days each week.

Cycle Structure
Run an 8-week on-cycle followed by a 4-week off-cycle. The off-period allows your body to reset. You will need 4 vials to complete one full 8-week cycle.

Daily Quick Reference
Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

01Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

02Draw 50 units into your syringe.

03Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate between abdomen and thigh.

04Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.

05Inject slowly to reduce any stinging sensation at the site.

06Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.
