Dosing Schedule

Inject 15 units once nightly, 7 days per week for 16 weeks. Inject subcutaneously in a fasted state in the PM, at least 60 minutes after your last meal. Do not exceed 20 units nightly.

Tip: Wait at least 60 minutes after your last meal before injecting. CJC-1295 works best in a fasted state maximizing growth hormone release.

Cycle Structure

Run a 16-week on-cycle followed by a 2-week off-cycle. The shorter off-period reflects CJC-1295's mechanism of action while allowing adequate receptor reset time.

Do not skip the off-cycle. Continuous use can lead to receptor downregulation, reducing efficacy over time. The off-period is essential for optimal results.
Do not exceed 20 units per dose. The recommended nightly dose is 15 units. Higher doses do not improve results and may increase side effects.

Daily Quick Reference

Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

    Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

    Draw 15 units. Do not exceed 20 units.

    Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate between abdomen and thigh.

    Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.
  • 05
    Inject slowly to reduce any stinging sensation at the site.
  • 06
    Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.

Storage

Store your CJC-1295 vial refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) after reconstitution. Keep away from direct sunlight. Unreconstituted vials can be stored at room temperature.
