Dosing Protocol

Subcutaneous nighttime protocol for deeper, more restorative sleep. Emideltide (DSIP, 10mg/mL) supports your body's natural sleep architecture so you wind down faster and wake up genuinely rested.

Dosing Schedule

Emideltide is dosed at 10 units nightly, injected subcutaneously once every evening before bed. Each cycle runs 12 weeks on followed by 4 weeks off. Do not exceed 20 units under any circumstance.

Do not exceed 20 units. 10 units nightly is the standard protocol. The 20-unit ceiling is an absolute limit.
Tip: Inject 30 to 60 minutes before bed, at the same time each night. DSIP works with your natural sleep timing, so consistency matters more than dose size. If you experience grogginess, headache, or vivid dreams, contact support before adjusting your dose.

Cycle Structure

Emideltide follows a 12-weeks-on, 4-weeks-off cycle. This off period prevents receptor desensitization and maintains the peptide's effectiveness over time. You will need 3 vials per cycle.

Do not skip the off cycle. The 4-week rest period is essential for maintaining your body's sensitivity to the peptide. Skipping it can reduce effectiveness over time.

Nightly Quick Reference

Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

    Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

    Draw 10 units into your syringe. Do not exceed 20 units.
  • 03
    Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate between abdomen and thigh.
  • 04
    Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.
  • 05
    Inject slowly to reduce any stinging sensation at the site.
  • 06
    Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.

Storage

Store your Emideltide vial refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) after reconstitution. Keep away from direct sunlight. Unreconstituted vials can be stored at room temperature.
