Dosing Protocol

A short, tightly cycled subcutaneous course. Epitalon (10mg/mL) is a pineal tetrapeptide taken nightly for ten consecutive nights, then set down for six months. One vial covers the full course.

Dosing Schedule

Epitalon is dosed at 40 units nightly, injected subcutaneously for ten consecutive nights. Your 4.00 mL vial holds exactly ten doses, so one vial is one complete course. After the tenth night you stop for six months before starting again.

40 units nightly is the protocol. Do not increase, decrease, skip, or double a dose without speaking to your prescribing provider.
Tip: Inject 60 to 90 minutes before sleep, at roughly the same time each night. Epitalon works on the melatonin and circadian axis, so timing consistency matters. Vivid dreams and deeper sleep in the first few nights are commonly reported and expected.
Who should not take Epitalon. Do not use if you have an active or prior malignancy, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Disclose your full medical history and every medication or peptide you take during your telehealth intake.

Course Structure

Epitalon follows a ten-nights-on, six-months-off structure, and most people run two courses per year. The long off period is deliberate. Short courses separated by extended rest is how Epitalon was studied, and it is the shape we follow rather than dosing it daily and indefinitely.

Do not extend the course. Ten nights is the full protocol. Running longer does not improve the result and moves you outside the studied pattern. When the vial is finished, the course is finished.
Vial planning: One vial is one complete course, so there is nothing to reorder mid-cycle. Your next course begins about six months after your final injection. We will check in before that window opens.

Nightly Quick Reference

Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

    Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

    Draw 40 units into your syringe. Do not adjust the dose on your own.
  • 03
    Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate sites around the abdomen each night.

    Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.
  • 05
    Inject slowly to reduce any stinging sensation at the site.
  • 06
    Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.
  • 07
    Mark the night so you know where you are in the ten-night course.

Storage

Store your Epitalon vial refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) after reconstitution. Keep away from direct sunlight. Unreconstituted vials can be stored at room temperature. Check the expiration date on the vial before your first injection.
