Epitalon
Dosing Protocol
Dosing Schedule
Epitalon is dosed at 40 units nightly, injected subcutaneously for ten consecutive nights. Your 4.00 mL vial holds exactly ten doses, so one vial is one complete course. After the tenth night you stop for six months before starting again.
| Phase | Dose | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
|
Nights 1 – 10 Active Course |
40units | 1x nightly / 10 consecutive nights |
|
Months 1 – 6 Off Period |
0units | No injections |
Course Structure
Epitalon follows a ten-nights-on, six-months-off structure, and most people run two courses per year. The long off period is deliberate. Short courses separated by extended rest is how Epitalon was studied, and it is the shape we follow rather than dosing it daily and indefinitely.
Reorder Epitalon
Your next course starts roughly six months after your last injection. Order ahead so your vial is on hand when the window opens.
Nightly Quick Reference
Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.
-
01Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
-
02Draw 40 units into your syringe. Do not adjust the dose on your own.
-
03Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate sites around the abdomen each night.
-
04Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.
-
05Inject slowly to reduce any stinging sensation at the site.
-
06Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.
-
07Mark the night so you know where you are in the ten-night course.
