Dosing Schedule

Inject 50 units subcutaneously 2 times per week in a fasted state. Space your two doses evenly across the week (Monday and Thursday is the standard pattern) and keep them consistent.

Run an 8-week on-cycle followed by a 2-week off-cycle. The off-period allows your body to reset. You will need 2 vials to complete one full 8-week cycle.

Daily Quick Reference

Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

    Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

    Draw 50 units into your syringe.

    Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate between abdomen and thigh.

    Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.

    Inject slowly to reduce any stinging sensation at the site.

    Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.

Storage

Store your Folic Acid vial refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) after reconstitution. Keep away from direct sunlight. Unreconstituted vials can be stored at room temperature.
