Dosing Schedule

On each dosing day, inject 25 units of NR and 25 units of NAD+ as two separate subcutaneous injections. Inject in the AM or PM, whichever fits your routine. Space your dosing days evenly across the week to keep cellular support steady.

Tip: The schedule above uses Mon/Wed/Fri as example days. You can adjust to fit your routine. The key rule: keep one rest day between dosing days, and give NR and NAD+ in two separate spots at roughly the same time.
Do not exceed 50 units per injection for either compound. Keep NR and NAD+ as two separate 25-unit injections, never combined in one syringe. Higher doses do not improve results and increase the likelihood of flushing, nausea, or injection site discomfort. Stay at 25 units each unless directed otherwise by your provider.

Timing & Tolerance

Both compounds can be injected in the AM or PM. Many find AM dosing energizing and PM dosing better tolerated, since subcutaneous NAD+ can cause a mild flushing sensation that typically resolves within minutes. NR is generally milder. Inject NAD+ slowly to minimize the flush, and use two different sites so the compounds absorb cleanly.

Push the NAD+ slowly. A slow push over 30 to 60 seconds significantly reduces the flushing and warmth some users feel with subcutaneous NAD+. Inject NR and NAD+ in two different sites and rotate spots each dosing day.

Cycling Protocol

The combo is run in cycles. Dose both compounds for 12 consecutive weeks, then take 2 weeks off before starting the next cycle. You will need 6 vials, 3 NR and 3 NAD+, to complete one full 12-week cycle.

The 2-week off period lets your cellular pathways reset so the next cycle stays effective. Cycle both compounds together on the same schedule. Continue any other protocols you are running as prescribed. The off cycle applies to the NR + NAD+ combo only.

Injection Quick Reference

Follow these steps on each dosing day. You will give two separate injections, one NR and one NAD+. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

    Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

    Draw 25 units of NR into one syringe and 25 units of NAD+ into a second syringe. Keep them separate and never exceed 50 units per injection.

    Clean two injection sites with an alcohol swab. Use a different spot for each compound and rotate between abdomen and thigh.

    Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle for each injection.
  • 05
    Inject slowly over 30-60 seconds for each, taking extra care with the NAD+ to minimize flushing or warmth at the site.

    Dispose of both syringes in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.

Storage

Store both your NR and NAD+ vials refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) after reconstitution. Keep away from direct sunlight. Both compounds are light-sensitive, so a closed, dark area of the fridge is ideal. Unreconstituted vials can be stored at room temperature.
