Dosing Schedule

Inject 10 units once daily in a fasted state in the AM, 7 days per week for 6 weeks. Morning dosing supports mood regulation and stress management throughout the day. Do not exceed 15 units per injection.

Tip: Inject in the morning on an empty stomach. Selank supports mood and stress resilience, so AM dosing sets your baseline for the day. Consistency is more important than exact timing.
Do not exceed 15 units per injection. The standard protocol is 10 units. Higher doses should only be considered under provider guidance.

Cycle Structure

Run a 6-week on-cycle followed by a 6-week off-cycle. The equal on/off ratio is important for Selank to maintain receptor sensitivity and prevent tolerance buildup.

Daily Quick Reference

Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

    Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

    Draw 10 units into your syringe. Do not exceed 15 units.
  • 03
    Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate between abdomen and thigh.
  • 04
    Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.
  • 05
    Inject slowly to reduce any stinging sensation at the site.
  • 06
    Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.

Storage

Store your Selank vial refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) after reconstitution. Keep away from direct sunlight. Unreconstituted vials can be stored at room temperature.
