Dosing Schedule

Administer 25 units three times per week. Inject in the AM or PM, whichever fits your routine. Space your doses evenly across the week to maintain steady cellular support.

Day Dose Notes
Monday 25units NAD+
Tuesday Rest day
Wednesday 25units NAD+
Thursday Rest day
Friday 25units NAD+
Saturday Rest day
Sunday Rest day
Tip: The schedule above uses Mon/Wed/Fri as example days. You can adjust to fit your routine. The key rule: keep one rest day between doses and inject at roughly the same time each dosing day.
Do not exceed 50 units per injection. Higher doses do not improve results and increase the likelihood of flushing, nausea, or injection site discomfort. Stay at 25 units unless directed otherwise by your provider.

Timing & Tolerance

NAD+ can be injected in the AM or PM. Many find AM injections energizing and PM injections better tolerated, since subcutaneous NAD+ can cause a mild flushing sensation that typically resolves within minutes. Inject slowly to minimize it.

Rest
Inject slowly. A slow push over 30-60 seconds significantly reduces the flushing and warmth that some users experience with subcutaneous NAD+. Rotating injection sites also helps.

Cycling Protocol

NAD+ is administered in cycles. Run the protocol for 12 consecutive weeks, then take 4 weeks off before starting the next cycle. You will need 3 vials to complete one full 12-week cycle.

Active (12 weeks)

Off (4 weeks)
The 4-week off period lets your cellular receptors reset so the next cycle stays effective. Continue any other protocols you are running as prescribed. The off cycle applies to NAD+ only.

Ready to Reorder?

Order your next vials before your off-cycle ends so you are ready to start again on schedule. You will need 3 vials per cycle.

Injection Quick Reference

Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

  • 01
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
  • 02
Draw 25 units into your syringe. Never exceed 50 units.
  • 03
Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate between abdomen and thigh.
  • 04
Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.
  • 05
Inject slowly over 30-60 seconds to minimize flushing or warmth at the site.
  • 06
Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.

Storage

Store your NAD+ vial refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) after reconstitution. Keep away from direct sunlight. NAD+ is light-sensitive, so a closed, dark area of the fridge is ideal. Unreconstituted vials can be stored at room temperature.
