Dosing Schedule

Tesamorelin is dosed at 20 units nightly, injected subcutaneously once every day of the week. Each cycle runs 16 weeks on followed by 4 weeks off. Do not exceed 30 units under any circumstance.

Tip: Inject at the same time each night for best results. Nightly dosing aligns with your body's natural growth hormone release during sleep. If you experience nausea, water retention, or joint or muscle pain, contact support before adjusting your dose.

Cycle Structure

Tesamorelin follows a 16-weeks-on, 4-weeks-off cycle. This off period prevents receptor desensitization and maintains the peptide's effectiveness over time. You will need 7 vials per cycle.

Daily Quick Reference

Follow these steps for each injection. If this is your first time, review the Injection Tutorial for a full walkthrough.

    Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.

    Draw 20 units into your syringe. Do not exceed 30 units.
  • 03
    Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Rotate between abdomen and thigh.
  • 04
    Pinch the skin and insert the needle at a 45-degree angle.
  • 05
    Inject slowly to reduce any stinging sensation at the site.
  • 06
    Dispose of the syringe in a sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.

Storage

Store your Tesamorelin vial refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) after reconstitution. Keep away from direct sunlight. Unreconstituted vials can be stored at room temperature.
