KLOW

KLOW is a four-peptide repair stack. GHK-Cu rebuilds collagen, BPC-157 repairs connective tissue, TB-500 mobilizes healing cells, and KPV calms systemic inflammation. One vial, four lanes of recovery, dosed five days a week.

GHK-Cu 2 mg + BPC-157, TB-500, KPV 0.33 mg each Subcutaneous Clinician-Guided
FOUR-PEPTIDE STACK SKIN AND JOINT REPAIR GUT HEALTH NO SUBSCRIPTION
Protocol Options

Clinician-prescribed. Ships from a licensed U.S. pharmacy.

Four peptides. One vial. Repair that runs head to feet.
The Mechanism

Four peptides, four mechanisms, one repair signal.

LEGACY APPROACH
Single-peptide protocols
One mechanism, one lane
Skin-only or gut-only positioning
Stack multiple vials to cover more ground
Higher injection burden
Cost adds up across separate SKUs
THIS PROTOCOL
KLOW four-peptide stack
Four mechanisms in one vial
Skin, connective tissue, and inflammation in parallel
Single injection covers the stack
10 units, five days a week
One flat-rate vial, one flat-rate cycle

Single-peptide protocols hit one lane. KLOW hits four. GHK-Cu binds copper and drives collagen and elastin synthesis. BPC-157 builds new vessels through the Akt-eNOS pathway and rebuilds tendon, ligament, and gut lining. TB-500 sequesters actin to mobilize stem cells and quiet inflammation. KPV blocks TNF-alpha and IL-6 to resolve the inflammatory state that blocks repair anywhere it occurs.

Clinical Data

The Evidence

4,000+
Human genes modulated by GHK-Cu, including collagen, elastin, and DNA repair genes
Pickart and Margolina, International Journal of Molecular Sciences, 2018. PMID 29986520.
~1 month
Average acceleration of wound closure with Thymosin Beta-4 in Phase 2 pressure and stasis ulcer trials
Goldstein and Kleinman, Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, 2012. PMID 23050815.
35+
Preclinical studies showing BPC-157 accelerates tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut healing
Vasireddi et al., HSS Journal, 2025. PMID 40756949.

Human clinical data is strongest for GHK-Cu and TB-500. BPC-157 and KPV evidence is predominantly preclinical (animal and cell-culture models). All four peptides are prescribed off-label by licensed providers.

What Changes

Skin you can see. Joints you stop noticing. Inflammation that quiets down.

Most users describe the first four weeks as the inflammation settling. Skin tone evens out, minor joint complaints fade, and gut symptoms become less reactive. By weeks six to ten, the GHK-Cu collagen signal shows up visibly: firmer skin, faster bruise resolution, faster recovery from training. The KPV layer keeps the systemic inflammatory tone low, which is the difference between feeling repaired and feeling rebuilt.

Product Information

Details

KLOW is a four-peptide repair stack. Each vial contains GHK-Cu (2 mg), BPC-157 (0.33 mg), TB-500 (0.33 mg), and KPV (0.33 mg). The four peptides cover complementary repair lanes. GHK-Cu drives collagen and elastin synthesis at the gene level. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis and accelerates connective tissue healing. TB-500 mobilizes progenitor cells and reduces inflammation through actin sequestration. KPV resolves systemic inflammation through the melanocortin pathway by inhibiting TNF-alpha and IL-6. The result is a single injection that addresses skin remodeling, joint and tendon repair, and inflammatory tone in parallel rather than running three separate protocols.
Stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis through GHK-Cu copper signaling Supports tendon, ligament, and gut lining repair through BPC-157 angiogenic activity Mobilizes stem and progenitor cells through TB-500 actin sequestration Lowers systemic inflammation through KPV melanocortin pathway activity Consolidates four single-peptide protocols into one injection Dosed five days a week, no daily injection burden
Administer via subcutaneous injection using a syringe. Inject into the abdomen, rotating sites. Administer at approximately the same time daily.
Your prescribing provider will determine cycle length based on clinical goals and imaging data. Store refrigerated at 36 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Protect from light.
Reported side effects across the four peptides are generally mild and limited to injection-site reactions (redness, mild swelling, transient itching). GHK-Cu can produce mild flushing at higher doses. BPC-157 and TB-500 have limited human safety data; both are well-tolerated in preclinical models. KPV has no documented serious adverse events in published literature but human data is limited. Contraindications: active or recent malignancy (peptides that promote angiogenesis may theoretically support tumor vascularization), pregnancy, lactation, known hypersensitivity to any constituent peptide. Discuss any active cancer history, immunosuppression, or pregnancy plans with your provider before starting.
